Terms and conditions for TMom Merch contest
Organizer of the Instagram contest is TMom Merchandise/Ines Bartl (in the following TMom Merchandise), Wichertstr. 49, 10439 Berlin
It is expressly stated that Instagram is not the organizer of the contests and is not available as a contact person for this purpose and does not assume any liability for this.
The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over. The prizes cannot be paid out in cash. The prizes will be raffled among all participants. Legal action is excluded. Multiple participation per contest does not increase the chance of winning. Participation via lottery agencies or automatic entry procedures is excluded.
The winners will be informed by me via private direct message on Instagram about the prize and will then inform me of their address for the purpose of shipping the article. Winners who do not provide their address details within two weeks of publication will lose their claim to the prize. TMom Merchandise may publish the names of the winners and any content posted by the winners in the timeline.

TMom Merchandise reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition for good cause. Such a reason is in particular in case of violation of these conditions of participation, violation of legal regulations or the rights of third parties, or the posting of pornographic, obscene, discriminatory, racist or violence glorifying content. The same applies in the event of completed or attempted manipulation of the competition, attempted disruption or influence on the proper course of the game or threat or harassment of other participants or third parties.
The participants shall indemnify TMom Merchandise from all claims of third parties which they have caused through culpable violation of the above exclusion reasons (liability of the participants).
The right is reserved to make changes to the procedure, program and event date of the competition, insofar as there is a factual reason for these changes which could not be foreseen at the start of the competition and they are reasonable for the participants. TMom Merchandise shall be entitled to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time if the further execution of the competition is completely or to a considerable extent excluded for technical or legal reasons, without TMom Merchandise being responsible for this.
TMom Merchandise shall only process the personal data of the participants within the scope of the competition to the extent that this is necessary for the execution of the competition. Any further processing of this data is excluded.

TMom Merchandise is not responsible for Instagram's websites and the data processed by Instagram. In this respect, the Instagram Privacy and Use Policy applies.
