Where is my order?

The shop system sends automatic status updates as soon as your order is processed and dispatched. Check the spam folder in your email inbox. If your order has not arrived even after approx. 1 week within Germany, after 2 weeks internationally - please send an email to ines@tmom-merch.com

Do you also have a real shop where people can drop by?

No, TMom Merch is an online shop. BUT you can also find me at festivals or concerts with a merch booth. It's best to follow the Instagram or Facebook channel for information.
